The new triple threat lenses from Nikon – photography is about to be redefined

Nikon recently made an announcement regarding the launch of three brand new FX format camera lenses for all the full DSLR ranges such as the D810 and the D750, although the three lenses will also be available for use with lower models like the D7200 from Nikon. The lenses come with telephoto super zoom feature, which acts as a fine substitute for the famed 24-70 mm normal zoom, and also features an innovative fixed focal length or wide angle prime option.

This lens is perhaps the finest one among all three. It is simply perfect for wildlife, aviation and sports photographers due to the extended zoom range. It is priced quite low and is perhaps the most affordable lens in this range. It is quite compatible with the full frame Nikon’s larger sensor area, but if the user chooses, he or she can also use this lens on any DX format Nikon cameras. In DX models, the lens offers a 300-750 mm focal length. Till now, photographers had to go for Tamron or Sigma lenses to achieve such a high range focal length. But this Nikon lens is lower in price than any Tamron and Sigma lenses. This lens is also known for being the longest model in Nikon’s fixed aperture zoom series. The Vibration Reduction or VR feature is perfect for shooting wildlife and sports events. The cost of the Nikkor 200-500 mm zoom lens is approximately around USD 1400 or INR 89300.

The second one in Nikon’s line of lens is the new prime lens with 24 mm f/1.8 aperture. After the 24 mm lens, this cheap lens is sure to become an eye candy for all photography enthusiasts and camera lovers. The lens is quite compact and much lighter in weight. It is a perfect wide angle lens for any Nikon full frame DSLR, and also as a 36 mm substitute for all DX models. The fast aperture rate and the ability to work in low light conditions are perfect for clicking pictures at night. The lens also comes with a high grade lens hood along with a soft pouch for carrying it wherever you go. The price is around USD 750 or INR 47800.
